高性能摩擦防止PFPEグリース（Krytox GPL226/227相当）
フッ素グリースは、メンテナンスコストが高い機械や連続運転を必要とする機械向けに特別に開発されました。高効率、長寿命、安全、信頼性に優れた高性能グリースであり、異常な運転条件下での使用にも適しています。
性能特性
Chemically stable, does not react with any metals at temperatures not exceeding 206 ℃, and is compatible with plastics.
粘度-温度特性が良好で、適用温度範囲は-25℃～260℃（測定可能な温度）であり、260℃の高温でも長期的な熱安定性を維持でき、硬化や劣化がなく、260℃以下では化学分解せず、製品に煙汚染を引き起こさず、炭素堆積物や沈殿物を形成しません。
It is not affected or corroded by boiling sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong oxidants, water, water vapor, or molten caustic alkali.
液体状態と気体状態の両方に対して非常に高い耐性を持つ。
It has no flash point, no spontaneous combustion point, and does not react with oxygen (it does not spontaneously combust even in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen).

性能特性
用途およびパッケージ仕様
■パーフルオロポリエーテルグリースは、高温環境での長期使用に適していますが、1～3ヶ月ごとの定期的な潤滑が必要です。添加量は、潤滑間隔に応じて調整できます。
■使用前の洗浄：耐腐食性コーティングや防錆金属表面はグリースの付着を妨げ、ベアリング作動中にグリースが噴出する原因となります。また、これらのコーティングは酸化して硬化し、グリースを汚染する可能性のある異物を生成することがあります。グリースまたは耐腐食性オイルを除去するために、オイルプロテクティブシリーズのパーフルオロポリエーテルグリースと互換性のある潤滑剤を使用して、部品の最終洗浄を徹底的に行う必要があります。これを怠ると、ベアリングの寿命が短くなる可能性があります。
