フッ素グリースは、メンテナンスコストが高い機械や連続運転を必要とする機械向けに特別に開発されました。高効率、長寿命、安全、信頼性に優れた高性能グリースであり、異常な運転条件下での使用にも適しています。
性能特性
Chemically stable, does not react with any metals at temperatures not exceeding 204 ℃, and is compatible with plastics.
沸騰硫酸、発煙硝酸、フッ化水素酸、塩酸、強力な酸化剤、水、水蒸気、溶融苛性アルカリによって影響を受けたり腐食されたりすることはありません。
Good viscosity-temperature properties, applicable temperature range is -36 ℃ to 204 ℃ (measurable temperature), can maintain long-term thermal stability at high temperature of 204 ℃, without hardening or deterioration, and does not undergo chemical decomposition, carbonization or deposits below 204 ℃.
液体状態と気体状態の両方に対して非常に高い耐性を持つ。
It has no flash point, no spontaneous combustion point, and does not react with oxygen (it does not spontaneously combust even in 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen).
優れた放射線安定性を持ち、UF6試験に合格しています。
It is very stable with Lewis acid, especially in the semiconductor industry.

Good dielectric properties, good insulation properties, dielectric constant of 2.1-2.3, and breakdown voltage up to 30 kV.
25℃～50℃の水に3時間浸漬した後も変化は見られなかった。25℃の水に5ヶ月間浸漬した後も重量や状態に変化はなく、優れた耐水性を示した。

性能特性
用途およびパッケージ仕様
■パーフルオロポリエーテルグリースは、高温環境での長期使用に適していますが、1～3ヶ月ごとの定期的な潤滑が必要です。添加量は、潤滑間隔に応じて調整できます。
■使用前の洗浄：耐腐食性コーティングや防錆金属表面はグリースの付着を防ぎ、ベアリング作動中にグリースが噴出するのを防止します。また、これらのコーティングは酸化して硬化し、グリースを汚染する可能性のある異物を生成することがあります。部品の最終洗浄は、グリースまたは耐腐食性オイルを洗浄するために、オイルプロテクティブシリーズのパーフルオロポリエーテルグリースと互換性のある潤滑剤を使用して徹底的に行う必要があります。これを怠ると、ベアリングの寿命が短くなる可能性があります。
