YBS-409Z is a lubricant containing PTFE solid lubricating particles and perfluorinated polyether oil, can play a cleaning role at the same time; the solvent volatilization to form a uniform layer of PTFE lubricating particles and semi-dry temperature oil film, with very low friction coefficient, not easy dust absorption, has excellent lubrication and relief performance, to prevent direct contact of friction surface, and then reduce friction. The operating temperature range is very wide and can be used in difficult-lubricated equipment under extreme temperature conditions, extending the lubrication operation period and providing perfect protection function.

This product is a high molecular weight polymer, a colorless, odorless, and transparent liquid at room temperature, soluble only in perfluorinated organic solvents. PFPE possesses properties such as heat resistance, oxidation resistance, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, low volatility, and non-flammability. It also exhibits excellent comprehensive properties, including compatibility with plastics, elastomers, and metals, making it an extremely reliable lubricant in harsh environments (such as for aerospace mechanical components).
