Operating instructions for the use and maintenance of cooling oil

This oil is specially developed for SX-5 (low viscosity, high flash point)

1.Clean the oil tank before using to keep the inside clean and free of moisture.

2. Put the equipment into the cleaned oil tank and pour in the cooling oil (Cooling oil should be immersed over the surface of the equipment)

3. The oil tank needs to be sealed, and an acrylic plate can be added on the top to prevent the moisture in the air from mixing in and causing rancidity, which will cause corrosion to the

equipment. The workplace needs to be equipped with a hygrometer, and a dehumidifier is required if the humidity is high (It will be better if there is a constant temperature and humidity machine)

4. The cooling oil can be left unmaintained for the first 6 months (depending on the situation) and can be tested periodically with a spot check test.

5. It is recommended to do a random PH test every week if you use for more than 8 months. The PH value of 8~9 belongs to normal range, and the PH value of 7 is neutral. If the pH value

is below 7, check that the moisture content is not excessive, or that the cooling oil has become sour and is affecting the performance of the equipment.

6. The first thing to do is to find out the cause of this situation and analyse it so that measures can be taken: to do oil-water separation or to add additives to neutralise the pH value.
