YBS-LS230 is a fully fluorinated fluid specifically designed for the Vapor Phase Soldering (VPS) process. Its unique molecular structure endows it with exceptional thermochemical stability and outstanding material compatibility.

This product series offers various grades with different boiling points, covering a wide operating temperature range to ensure process stability and repeatability without any boiling point drift.

Furthermore, its low heat of vaporization and vapor density—which is higher than that of air—facilitate rapid, residue-free drying and enable the preheating and heating stages to be conducted within an inert atmosphere.
