Anti‑Friction Coating | High‑Load Dry‑Film Lubricant for Metal Surfaces
YBS D-7409 is a heat-curing anti-friction dry film coating developed specifically for metal-metal friction pairs. After curing, the coating forms a black solid lubricating film, requiring no continuous supply of oil or grease. It is suitable for medium and high load, oscillating, and intermittent motion conditions, with a wide temperature range of -70°C to +300°C. It has oil resistance, solvent resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can improve component wear and tear, prevent metal seizing and sticking, and is widely used in surface treatment of components such as automobiles, machinery, engines, and fasteners.

    Operating Precautions
    1. This product is a solvent-based coating that is flammable. Keep the construction site well-ventilated, stay away from open flames and heat sources, and follow solvent safety guidelines. 2. The coating must undergo thermal curing. Uncured coatings do not have lubricating properties and cannot be directly installed and used. 3. It is only used for metal-metal friction pairs and is not suitable for non-metal substrates such as plastics and rubber. 4. The cured dry film is a solid lubricating layer and cannot replace grease or oil. It is not suitable for high-speed continuous rotation conditions. 5. Store in a sealed and light-protected environment, away from high temperatures. During construction, take proper personal protection measures to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. 6. It is not suitable for food contact environments.

    Clean gears and remove old lubricant before application.
    Apply grease evenly to gear teeth and contact surfaces.
