Anti Seize Paste for Spark Plug Thread Equivalent to Lotite LB8008
It is made with imported composite lithium soap as a thickener, high-viscosity base oil, and selected high-temperature resistant solid lubricant additives such as copper powder.
It is specially formulated to provide excellent adhesion and anti-seize properties to threaded bolts in high-temperature, humid, dirty, corrosive, and chemically corrosive operating environments. It can prevent metal scraping and corrosion, is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, heavy-duty, and can withstand temperatures up to 1100℃.
Performance characteristics
The excellent oil film composition of the base oil endows the grease with superior anti-friction and anti-wear properties. It also boasts excellent high-temperature performance and adhesion, a low coefficient of friction, and strong load-bearing capacity.
Over 300℃ gives the grease extremely high heat resistance. In environments above 330℃, the base oil evaporates more, and the high-temperature resistant solid lubricant additives such as copper powder play their role, ensuring long-term operation of the equipment. It can also effectively prevent seizing at extremely high temperatures and can withstand temperatures up to 1100 ℃.
Excellent thread sealing performance, non-dispersion preload, no stress cracking or weld brittleness, and can be disassembled without damage even after long-term operation at high temperature.
Excellent rust and corrosion resistance, effectively reducing the maintenance cost of lubricated parts by 60%; copper-colored, stain-free, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and does not corrode metals, and resistant to hot and cold water.
Excellent load-bearing capacity and lubrication performance, low friction coefficient, reducing wear of lubricated parts by 80% under high temperature and high load conditions. It is wear-resistant, prevents shaft seizing, and prevents hysteresis even under high surface pressure.

Application and Packaging Specifications
