High-Speed Bearing Grease YBS-NB52 Manufacture JLD

YBS- NB52 synthetic rolling and sliding bearing grease is a type of rolling and sliding bearing grease. Its chemical composition is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils and complex barium soaps. Unlike other soap-based thickeners, the special barium soap-based thickener used in YBS-NB52 provides excellent load-bearing capacity, as well as resistance to water and other environmental media.

Both products exhibit good corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and aging stability. YBS-NB52 is suitable for temperatures from -50°C to 120°C, with a short-term peak temperature of up to 150°C, depending on its application, such as in enclosed gears and automotive seat adjustment mechanisms.

    Operating Precautions
    Ensure surfaces are clean before application.
    Do not mix with other lubricants.
    Avoid over-greasing.
    Use within recommended temperature range.
    Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.
