YBS-1986 medium-low speed long-life bearing grease is a high-performance, high-low temperature, heavy-duty industrial equipment grease. This product uses imported high-performance complex sulfonate as a thickener, and employs imported mineral base oils and synthetic oils with extremely high viscosity. It is specially formulated with carefully selected water-resistant adhesives and antioxidant additives, providing excellent wear-resistant lubrication protection even in heavy-duty, low-speed, water-rich, and high-temperature environments.

Performance characteristics

High-Performance Bearing Grease YBS-1986 Manufacture JLD 4 High viscosity base oil to meet the oil film strength requirements of major operating conditions.The use of complex calcium sulfonate thickening technology, combined with the excellent oil film composition of the compound base oil, gives the grease higher anti-friction and anti-wear properties.

High-Performance Bearing Grease YBS-1986 Manufacture JLD 5 Excellent high temperature resistance.A high dropping point of over 330°C gives the grease extremely high heat resistance, allowing it to operate for extended periods under conditions of 150°C.

High-Performance Bearing Grease YBS-1986 Manufacture JLD 6 Excellent water resistance and stability.It provides continuous protection even in the presence of large amounts of water and water vapor.

High-Performance Bearing Grease YBS-1986 Manufacture JLD 8 Excellent mechanical shearing properties.Its unique mechanical shear stability allows the grease to remain in the lubricated area for a long period of time without softening or leakage.

Operating Precautions

■ Ensure surfaces are clean before application.
■ Do not mix with other lubricants.
■ Avoid over-greasing.
■ Use within recommended temperature range.
■ Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.

How To Use

■ Clean bearing before application.
■ Apply grease evenly.
■ Fill approx. 30%–50% of bearing space.
■ Use less grease for high-speed, more for heavy-load if required.
■ Run equipment slowly after application to distribute grease.
