Operating Precautions

■ Preparing the application component: New components are typically treated with organic rust-preventive oil or lubricated with grease during storage to prevent damage. Before use, the carrier should be inspected for damage.
■ Cleaning before use: Corrosion-preventive coatings and rust-preventive metal surfaces also prevent grease adhesion. However, they can oxidize and harden, producing debris that can contaminate the grease. The component can be cleaned with alcohol or gasoline.
■ Sealing silicone grease must not be mixed with petroleum. Any petroleum residue on the carrier must be thoroughly cleaned before use.

How To Use

■ Apply a thin, uniform layer of silicone grease to clean and dry surfaces. Remove dust, oil, and moisture before application to ensure proper adhesion and sealing performance. Assemble components immediately after application.
