YBS-3849 grease is a high-performance, low-temperature grease for moving parts. This product uses a special solid thickener to thicken low-viscosity synthetic oil, and is specially formulated with carefully selected water-resistant adhesives and antioxidant additives to provide excellent wear-resistant lubrication protection even in high-speed, high-water, and low-temperature environments.

Low-temperature Bearing Grease YBS-3849 Manufacture JLD 4 Low viscosity base oil, meeting the requirements for low-temperature start-up in major operating conditions: The low-viscosity synthetic oil, with a pour point below -60 degrees Celsius, gives the grease excellent low-temperature starting performance.

Operating Precautions

■ Ensure surfaces are clean before application.
■ Do not mix with other lubricants.
■ Avoid over-greasing.
■ Use within recommended temperature range.
■ Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.

How To Use

■ Clean bearing before application.
■ Apply grease evenly.
■ Fill approx. 30%–50% of bearing space.
■ Use less grease for high-speed, more for heavy-load if required.
■ Run equipment slowly after application to distribute grease.
