High-wear-resistant fluorinated grease solution for robot gearboxes

As industrial robots continue to evolve towards higher speeds, compactness, and higher reliability, gearbox lubrication materials are facing increasingly stringent requirements. As a manufacturer specializing in high-end lubrication materials, Jialede has developed a dedicated perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease solution for robot gearbox applications, suitable for medium-to-high speed, high wear resistance, and wide temperature range conditions.

In practical applications, robot gearboxes typically operate at speeds of 1500–1600 rpm and loads of approximately 10 N·m, while also facing stringent requirements for wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and material compatibility. Our fluorinated grease products undergo ongoing and ongoing wear resistance and life-related testing, focusing on verifying their lubrication stability and film strength performance under medium-to-high speed gear meshing conditions.

Jialede's robot gearbox fluorinated grease is designed with a highly stable PFPE base oil and a dedicated thickening system, covering an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃. It maintains good fluidity and lubrication response even under low-temperature start-up conditions, while exhibiting excellent oxidation resistance during medium-to-high temperature operation, effectively extending lubrication life and reducing maintenance frequency.

In terms of material compatibility, this fluorinated grease is stably applicable to common gearbox structural materials such as brass, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys (including 6XXX series aluminum). Even in multi-metal mixed contact environments, it maintains good adhesion and oil film integrity, avoiding lubrication failure and material corrosion risks.
