High-vacuum fluoroether oil is one of the most important application areas of fluoropolymer oil (PFPE). The PFPE molecule contains F and O atoms bonded to the C-C main bond. These two atoms have strong electronegativity, thus exhibiting excellent chemical stability, thermal stability, and superior physical properties.
Compared to chlorofluorocarbon lubricants, fluoropolymer oil has a wider range of applications and does not suffer from the drawbacks of hydrofluorocarbons, such as easy evaporation at high temperatures and thickening at low temperatures. Furthermore, because its molecules do not contain hydrogen, it will not cause corrosion to equipment due to lubricant pressure during use.

Application and Packaging Specifications
■ When replacing existing lubricants, thoroughly clean the components before application.
■ Avoid contact with alkali metals (such as sodium or potassium) and highly reactive fluorinating agents.
■ Decomposition may occur at extremely high temperatures (above 300°C); do not exceed the recommended operating temperature.
■ Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors.
■ Prevent contamination by dust, moisture, or other foreign substances during use.
■ Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool and dry place.
■ The product can be applied by dripping, brushing, dipping, or spraying to achieve uniform coverage.
■ The recommended dosage should be adjusted according to operating conditions such as speed, load, and temperature. Avoid over-application.
■ For sealing systems or precision components, a thin film lubrication method is recommended.
■ For high-temperature or vacuum applications, pre-testing is recommended to confirm suitability.
