Application and Packaging Specifications
As a sealing medium in vacuum pumps, it has excellent chemical inertness, high temperature resistance and low vapor pressure characteristics, which can effectively improve the sealing performance and ultimate vacuum of the vacuum system.
Suitable for lubrication and dynamic sealing of various valves, plugs, and bearings in high/low temperature or chemically corrosive media environments.
