YBS-NBU12 synthetic grease is a grease made from high-viscosity mineral oil and a complex barium soap agent. YBS-NBU12's special complex barium soap-based thickener provides excellent load-bearing capacity, as well as resistance to water and other environmental media. It exhibits good corrosion resistance, oxidation and aging stability, excellent load-bearing capacity, and outstanding water resistance, oil resistance, and oxidation resistance.

High/Low Temp High-Load Bearing Lubrication

High-speed, high-load rolling and sliding bearings, also suitable for low-temperature operation , applicable to shafts, spindle waves, cam rollers, tension rollers, and automobiles.

Humid Environment & Textile Equipment Lubrication

Highly effective for medium-speed bearings in humid or other environmental media. Used in water pumps, wheel bearings; and in the textile industry, in equipment for all wet processes, such as cleaning, alkalizing, and dyeing machines.

* This product is available in 1kg tin cans, 0.5kg tin cans, 800g tubes, 10kg drums, and 20kg drums. Please store in a dry place, away from other flammable materials, heat sources and direct sunlight .

Operating Precautions

■ Ensure surfaces are clean before application.
■ Do not mix with other lubricants.
■ Avoid over-greasing.
■ Use within recommended temperature range.
■ Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.

How To Use

■ Grease can be applied using a spatula, brush, grease gun, or grease dispenser.
■ The spray must not be exposed to direct sunlight or stored in an environment with a temperature higher than 50°C.
