YBS-AG 11-461 Corrosion Resistant Open Gear Grease, NLGI 1 White Solid Lubricant for Offshore

YBS-AG 11-461 is a professional-grade open gear lubricant launched by You BangShou, adopting mineral oil base oil and aluminum complex thickener, supplemented with 20% high-efficiency white solid lubricants. Different from traditional black gear grease, its unique white paste texture enables clear gear meshing contact spot inspection, which is the preferred lubricant for equipment running-in and quality verification.

This grease has ultra-strong adhesion, which can firmly attach to equipment surfaces without dripping or loss during long-term operation. It delivers excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, perfectly adapting to low-speed and heavy-load operating conditions. In addition, it has outstanding water resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, stable performance in harsh offshore, salt spray and humid environments. Operating Precautions

- Before lubrication, thoroughly clean the dirt, dust, old grease and rust on the lubrication surface to avoid affecting the adhesion and lubrication effect of the new grease. - This model is NLGI 1 soft grease, not suitable for high-speed rotating equipment; high-speed operating parts need to select special high-speed lubricating grease. - The peak temperature is 200℃ for short-term use. Do not work at high temperature for a long time to avoid attenuation of lubrication performance and shortening the service life of the grease.

How To Use

■ Clean gears and remove old lubricant before application.
■ Apply grease evenly to gear teeth and contact surfaces.
■ Use an appropriate amount to ensure full coverage without excess.
■ Apply manually or through a lubrication system.
■ Run equipment at low speed after application to ensure proper distribution.
