Anti‑Friction Coating MoS₂‑Graphite Air‑Curing Dry‑Film Lubricant
YBS D‑321 R Anti‑Friction Coating is DuPont solvent‑borne dry‑film lubricant formulated with organic binder, molybdenum disulfide, graphite solid lubricants and solvent. It cures naturally in ambient air without thermal baking, forming tough grey‑black bonded dry‑film on metal surfacesDuPont.
Free of intentionally‑added PTFE and PFAS substances, it solves stick‑slip friction issues for heavily‑stressed metal‑metal contact points. Suited for low‑speed, oscillating and intermittent‑motion components, also performs under high‑vacuum and extreme temperature conditions.
Two delivery forms: bulk liquid for brush / large‑area spray processing; aerosol spray for hard‑to‑reach spots and emergency boundary lubrication. Proper surface pretreatment improves film adhesion and service life significantly.
