YBS-9016G Extra High Temperature Grease is a high-temperature, heavy-duty industrial equipment grease. This product uses imported composite lithium as a thickener and is specially formulated with high-viscosity fully synthetic base oil and selected imported high -temperature resistant solid lubricant additives such as boron nitride. It provides excellent wear-resistant lubrication protection in heavy-load, low-speed, water-rich, and high-temperature environments.
Performance characteristics
High viscosity base oil: The excellent oil film composition of the base oil gives the grease higher anti-friction and anti-wear properties.
Excellent high temperature resistance: Over 300℃ gives the grease extremely high heat resistance. In environments above 330℃ , the base oil evaporates more, and solid lubricants such as boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, or graphite and thickeners play their role, ensuring long-term operation of the equipment.
Excellent water resistance and stability: It provides continuous protection even in the presence of large amounts of water and water vapor.
Excellent mechanical shearing properties: Its unique mechanical shear stability allows the grease to remain in the lubricated area for a long period of time without softening or leakage.
Excellent corrosion protection performance: provide excellent rust protection in water-saturated environments with long relubrication intervals.
Enhanced extreme pressure and anti-wear properties: exceptional extreme pressure and anti-wear protection without the addition of any extreme pressure or anti-wear additives.

Application and Packaging Specifications
Wire ropes for traction and lifting in the shipbuilding and port industries, open gears for towing winches, slewing gears for offshore cranes , gear transmission and winding equipment.
Bearings for continuous casting and rolling mills in the steel industry, as well as conveyor rail bearings for heating furnaces, ensure the normal operation of continuous casting machines and rolling mill bearings.
Lubrication of rotary kiln bearings in the cement industry, as well as bearings of crushers and ball mills.
Application temperature range: -20℃ to 800 ℃.
This product is available in 20kg plastic drums and 200kg iron drums, or in other packaging according to customer requirements.
