YBS- NBU15 is a high-speed bearing grease with excellent load-bearing capacity. It is made with a special base oil, using a complex barium soap base as a thickener and a special blending process of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil, and mineral oil, giving it extremely effective corrosion resistance and anti-wear properties. Simultaneously, it exhibits excellent water resistance, media resistance, and oxidation resistance.

Suitable for lubrication of high-speed, low-temperature spindle bearings, valves, joints, rolling bearings, hot air box motors, electronic digital products, precision instruments and equipment, sewage treatment equipment, cement plant special equipment, and automotive parts, with an operating temperature up to -40℃.

Machine & Textile Machinery Bearing Lubrication

High-speed sliding and rolling bearings, such as central bearings and threaded spindles in machine tools and textile machinery, high-load ball screws, and transmission gear bearings.

High-Speed Precision Rolling Bearing Lubrication

Particularly suitable for high-speed and smooth rolling bearings, such as spindle bearings in machine tools, textile machines, threaded shafts, ball screws subjected to high loads, and transmission bearings.

How To Use

■ Fill approx. 30%–50% of bearing space.
■ Use less grease for high-speed, more for heavy-load if required.
■ Run equipment slowly after application to distribute grease.
