High-temperature Resistant Corrugated Machine Bearing Grease
YBS-1766 is an excellent high-temperature, high-load grease. This product is made from a blend of organic polyurea thickener and high-viscosity fully synthetic base oil, processed using a special technique, resulting in a high soap content and superior high-temperature performance.
Performance characteristics
A special soap-based thickener stabilizes the structure, giving the grease excellent heat resistance, allowing it to operate for extended periods at 200°C.
The unique formulation provides extreme pressure and low-wear characteristics, ensuring continuous lubrication under heavy loads.
High soap content imparts excellent mechanical shear stability, allowing the grease to remain at the lubrication point for extended periods without softening or runoff, thus extending its service life.
It possesses excellent corrosion resistance, providing good corrosion protection for copper and steel sheets.
The high viscosity of the base oil enhances the product's adhesion and film-forming ability, providing better lubrication and protection for the application area and effectively reducing runoff.

Application and Packaging Specifications
* This product is available in 15kg plastic drums and 170kg iron drums, or can be packaged according to customer requirements. For information on safe disposal of the product, please refer to the product MSDS.
■ Do not mix with other lubricants.
■ Avoid over-greasing.
■ Use within recommended temperature range.
■ Keep container tightly closed and avoid contamination.
■ Apply grease evenly.
■ Fill approx. 30%–50% of bearing space.
■ Use less grease for high-speed, more for heavy-load if required.
■ Run equipment slowly after application to distribute grease.
