Operating Precautions

■ Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
■ Avoid contamination with dust, moisture, or other lubricants.
■ Use only on clean and dry surfaces.
■ Do not mix with hydrocarbon or silicone-based greases unless compatibility is confirmed.
■ Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
■ Follow standard industrial safety and handling practices.

How To Use

■ Preparing the parts for application: New parts are typically treated with organic rust-preventive oil or lubricated with grease during storage to prevent damage . Before use , new bearings should be inspected for damage and imperfections .
■ Cleaning before use : Corrosion-resistant coatings and rust - proofing for metal surfaces also prevent grease from adhering and causing it to be ejected from the bearing during operation. These coatings can also oxidize and harden , producing debris that can contaminate the grease. A final cleaning of the components must be thorough ; failure to do so may result in a shortened bearing life.
■ Fluorine grease is suitable for use in long-term high-temperature environments, but it also needs to be lubricated regularly, about once every 1-3 months. The amount added can be adjusted according to the length of the lubrication cycle.
