YBS-6194 gear grease is a high-load gear grease thickened with a complex lithium soap-based thickener and high-viscosity fully synthetic base oil, with added extremely fine colloidal dispersed solid wear-resistant lubricants, antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and other additives.

This high-viscosity extreme-pressure gear lubricant maintains a stable lubricating film under high loads and is designed for lubrication of gears and friction parts of mechanical equipment requiring high adhesion and heavy loads. It can increase the life of high-load equipment, provide shock absorption and vibration damping, and smooth the surface of damaged gears.

Application and Packaging Specifications

Heavy-Duty Gear & Cable Lubrication

Used for lubrication of heavy-duty, low- to medium-speed open gears; used for lubrication of high surface pressure and low-speed slide rails, guard rails, and steel cables (metal wires).

High-Load Transmission Lubrication

Lubrication of heavy-duty open gears and transmission devices used in high-load transmission devices subjected to impact or vibration loads, such as ball mills in thermal power plants, cement plants, and forging presses in machinery plants.

High-Temperature Harsh Environment Lubrication

Used for lubrication of converters or similar high-temperature equipment, even in dusty and humid environments.

Operating Precautions
