Operating Precautions

■ Store in a cool, dry place, away from high heat and open flames; keep container tightly sealed.
■ Clean dust and oil residues from the workpiece surface thoroughly before application.
■ Apply a thin layer; do not apply excessive amounts.
■ Do not mix with other standard greases.
■ Wear gloves during handling to avoid direct skin contact.
■ Keep away from food products; do not ingest.
■ Tightly close the lid immediately after use to prevent dust contamination and spoilage.Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

How To Use

■ Preparing the parts for application: New parts are typically treated with organic rust-preventive oil or lubricated with grease during storage to prevent damage. Before use, new bearings should be inspected for damage and imperfections.
■ Cleaning before use : Corrosion-resistant coatings and rust - proofing for metal surfaces also prevent grease from adhering and causing it to be ejected from the bearing during operation. These coatings can also oxidize and harden, producing debris that can contaminate the grease. A final cleaning of the components must be thorough; failure to do so may result in a shortened bearing life.
■ Fluorine grease is suitable for use in long-term high-temperature environments, but it also needs to be lubricated regularly, about once every 1-3 months. The amount added can be adjusted according to the length of the lubrication cycle.
