YBS-FC40 has excellent thermal stability, oxidative stability and superb chemical inertness. It is non-reactive, has high dielectric properties, low toxicity, non-flammable and insoluble. This makes PFPE ideal for use in electrical reliability testing, including thermal shock and hermetic testing.
Sealing Performance Test
In order to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing device, we use MIL STD883, method 014; MIL STD 750, method 071 or MIL STD 202, method 12 for leakage testing procedures.
