    In the high-temperature battlefield of industrial equipment, the performance of lubricating materials directly determines the "life and death" of the equipment. The operating temperature of traditional mineral greases and synthetic greases is firmly limited to the range of 150℃-200℃. Once the critical temperature is exceeded, rapid decomposition and evaporation will not only shorten the lubrication cycle, but may also cause fatal failures such as bearing jamming and component damage. Perfluoropolyether (PFPE, English name Perfluom Polyethers) was first studied in the 1960s and is a relatively special type of perfluoropolymer compound.

Its average molecular weight ranges from 500 to 15,000. There are only three elements, C, F, and O, in the molecule. It has the characteristics of heat resistance, oxidation resistance, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-flammability. It is used as an extremely reliable lubricant in cutting-edge fields such as military, aerospace, and nuclear industry. Today, perfluoropolyether is widely used in chemical, electronic, electrical, mechanical, nuclear, and aerospace fields.Because the fluorine atoms in perfluoropolyether have strong electronegativity, most of the carbon chain is shielded by fluorine atoms. Compared with hydrocarbon polyethers, it has the advantages of high density, low surface tension, low volatility, good viscosity, non-flammability, good dielectric properties, good lubricity, and is well compatible with plastics, rubber, and metals. It is a low molecular weight fluorinated polymer, and its viscosity is closely related to its molecular structure and average molecular weight. PFPE with a larger molecular weight has low volatility, a wider liquid temperature range and excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics.



Jialede perfluoropolyether grease has a stable molecular structure, and its high temperature resistance, fire resistance, radiation resistance and chemical resistance are also particularly excellent. Recently, Jialede developed a wide-temperature-range high-performance product based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease to address the harsh operating conditions of needle bearings in customers' air compressor main units. This grease maintains stable lubrication in environments with large swing angles, 1500 rpm oscillations, and long-term high loads of 2000 N.



Needle bearings in air compressor main units are typically subjected to frequent oscillations and high-rhythm stress, and during long-term use, they experience operating temperatures exceeding 100°C, even reaching 220°C under instantaneous extreme conditions. Ordinary greases are prone to problems such as high-temperature evaporation, shear thinning, or low-temperature hardening under these conditions. Jialede's PFPE grease possesses excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, low-temperature fluidity, and extremely strong mechanical stability, covering a wide operating range from -40°C to 280°C.

The customer's validation program includes:
* Low-temperature performance testing: After the sample is left to stand at -40°C for 8–24 hours, the rheological state of the grease is observed and the compressor starting current is measured.


* High-temperature durability testing: Continuous validation for at least 3 months under operating conditions exceeding 100°C.


Approximately 50g of grease is required for each compressor's needle roller bearing.


To meet the above requirements, we have provided 200g samples of perfluoropolyether grease for customer testing. Jialede adheres to a real-world operating condition-oriented approach, optimizing product performance item by item from oil film formation and shear stability to low-temperature starting torque, ensuring it meets the long-term reliability requirements of OEMs.

In fluorochemical and specialty gas industries, media containing hydrogen fluoride (HF) place extremely high demands on sealing and lubrication materials. Recently, a customer entered our store through a silicone sealing grease product link and directly asked whether we could supply YBS-1768, a PFPE-based sealing grease, for a valve application.


The customer explained that the valve medium was HF-containing gas, operating at 50–65°C, with EPDM gaskets. Such conditions require outstanding chemical inertness, corrosion resistance, and elastomer compatibility.


As a professional manufacturer of perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricants, Jialede promptly evaluated the operating conditions. We informed the customer that YBS-1768, a PFPE-based sealing grease, offers excellent resistance to aggressive chemical gases. At the same time, we highlighted YBS-1672, which has proven long-term performance in hydrogen fluoride environments, maintaining stability without degradation.


After further technical discussion regarding valve design, sealing structure, and maintenance intervals, we recommended a high-purity PFPE grease solution to ensure maximum service life and system safety. Ultimately, the customer fully recognized Jialede’s expertise in HF-resistant lubrication solutions and placed an order for 10 kg of PFPE grease for critical valve equipment.
