The white paste enables visible gear meshing contact spot inspection, which is perfect for new equipment running-in calibration and quality verification. It achieves FZG 12-level extreme pressure performance, effectively reducing friction and wear under continuous low-speed heavy-load conditions. With excellent water flushing resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, it remains stable in humid, rainy and coastal salt spray environments. It can be used for manual coating and automatic centralized lubrication systems, widely applied in wind turbines, offshore engineering, cranes, winches and large rotary machinery, providing long-term anti-wear and anti-corrosion protection for standby and continuous operating equipment.

Operating Precautions

- Thoroughly clean the lubrication surface before use to remove old grease, rust, dust and impurities, ensuring good adhesion and complete lubricating film formation. - This is NLGI 2 medium-hard grease with strong stability, not suitable for high-speed rotating equipment; please select special high-speed lubricants for high-speed working parts. - The peak temperature is 200℃ for short-term use. Continuous long-term operation under ultra-high temperature will cause lubrication performance attenuation and shorten grease service life.

How To Use

■ Clean gears and remove old lubricant before application.
■ Apply grease evenly to gear teeth and contact surfaces.
■ Use an appropriate amount to ensure full coverage without excess.
■ Apply manually or through a lubrication system.
■ Run equipment at low speed after application to ensure proper distribution.
