       However, the grease industry has long faced a common challenge: even with an intact seal, leakage may still occur during extended overseas shipments. Long transit times, extreme temperature variations, and 

constant vibration during sea freight not only threaten product quality but can also cause shipping losses, customer complaints, and reputational damage.

      With years of expertise in grease sales, Jialede fully understands the fluidity and viscosity changes lubricants undergo under varying temperatures, as well as the demanding conditions of long-distance maritime transport. This deep insight led us to develop a next-generation export packaging solution specifically for lubricating grease.

Innovative Multi-Layer Sealing Design

We replaced the conventional single-layer sealing with a multi-level sealing system:

       Inner Seal – A custom-designed sealing gasket forms a tight fit with the container opening, using its elasticity to absorb micro-vibrations and fill any potential gaps during transit.

      Outer Lock System – A lock-buckle reinforcement adds extra sealing stability, ensuring the seal remains secure even in prolonged, high-vibration sea freight conditions.

Proven Leak-Proof Performance

Extensive transport simulations and real-world testing show that with our upgraded packaging, leakage is completely prevented under normal sealed conditions, even during long-distance shipping with extreme temperature changes and continuous motion.
