Resisting the Heat- YBS-1741 Proven Effective in Coating Line Applications

Last week, Jialede successfully provided a customized high-temperature lubrication solution for a spray coating line project at a Jiangsu Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., replacing the imported Chemours Krytox GPL2E7. The customer's spray coating line conveyor system operates in a 220°C high-temperature furnace for approximately 27 minutes before exiting. The operating environment, with air temperatures reaching as high as 240°C, places extremely high demands on the grease's high-temperature resistance, volatilization loss, and cleanliness.

To address this complex operating environment, Jialede's technical team, after formula optimization and multiple rounds of validation, recommended its independently developed YBS-1741 high-temperature perfluoropolyether grease. This product excels in high-temperature durability, oxidative stability, and material compatibility. It maintains excellent lubricating film stability during extended operation in the high-temperature furnace, preventing conveyor chain jams and noise issues caused by grease carbonization or volatilization.

In preliminary sample testing (200g sample), YBS-1741 demonstrated comparable or even superior performance to the original GPL2E7 under the customer's actual production conditions for the spray coating line project. The lubricated parts operate smoothly, the chain exhibits no noticeable wear or carbon deposits, and the equipment maintains excellent cleanliness. Customer feedback has been positive, and they plan to purchase the lubricant long-term in quantities of approximately 150 kg per application to support stable production line operation.
