KLUBER NBU18 Equivalent Grease for Textile Spindles Turbines
YBS-NBU18 is a white, odourless high-temperature multipurpose grease based on a perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oil and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener. The base oil viscosity enables a wide variety of applications to be served over a wide operating temperature range (peak temperature 250 °C).
It shows a neutral behaviour towards most plastics and elastomers and can therefore be used for a variety of component materials.

Application
YBS-NBU18 is used in numerous sectors of industry and a wide variety of components in high- and low-temperature applications requiring medium base oil viscosity. Behaviour towards elastomers and plastics Lubricants based on perfluorinated polyether oils and polytetrafluoroethylene are generally regarded as neutral towards most elastomers and plastics (exception: perfluorinated rubber).
Nevertheless we recommend testing compatibility with the material to be used, especially prior to series application.
Note
Remove as much contaminants and residue as possible before use, apply by rubbing, oil bath or spray. Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging and Storage
This product is available in 1kg tin cans, 0.5KG tin cans, 800g tubes, 10KG drums and 20KG drums in the packaging shown above. As well as personalised packaging according to customer requirements, OEM bespoke packaging.
