Jialede Lubrication: Equivalent to Chemours GPL2E7 Helping Reduce Costs

To achieve its goal of reducing costs and increasing profits, a factory actively sought a product equivalent to Chemours' GPL2E7 and ultimately chose Jialede. The factory reportedly uses 150 kg of this product per session, with a stable annual usage. The key objective was to reduce costs and increase profitability through a replacement, while still meeting production requirements.

The operating conditions of the factory's spray line conveyor were a key consideration for this replacement: the equipment must remain in a high-temperature furnace for 27 minutes, reaching a temperature of 220°C, with the air temperature inside the furnace reaching an even higher 240°C. Upon exiting the furnace, it must quickly return to room temperature (RT), rather than being subjected to a continuous high-temperature environment. This "high-temperature dwell followed by rapid cooling" cycle places stringent demands on the performance of the replacement product. Not only must it maintain high-temperature stability at 240°C air temperature for nearly half an hour without volatilization, decomposition, or performance degradation, it must also adapt to sudden temperature fluctuations to prevent cracking and flaking of the coating due to alternating hot and cold temperatures, which could impact conveyor lubrication and protection, thereby ensuring continuous operation of the spray coating line and product quality.

In undertaking this equivalent requirement, Jialede needed to precisely match core performance parameters, comparing the high-temperature resistance and chemical stability of Chemours GPL2E7 to ensure the suitability of the alternative for the operating conditions. At the same time, they also considered the factory's 150kg/time usage requirement to ensure supply chain stability and cost advantages. Subsequent small-batch trials will verify this approach, helping the factory reduce costs and increase profits, promoting efficient operation of the spray coating line.
