Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of Mr. Yuan's production process and proposed the following solutions:
Adjusting drying characteristics → Introducing slow-drying No. 01 dry lubricant, extending the curing time to 30-40 minutes. It supports both air drying (1-2 hours) and tunnel oven baking (10 minutes), perfectly adapting to 8-hour continuous production.
Optimizing material formulation → Using 800-mesh ultrafine powder ensures smooth flow through 400-mesh screens, reducing screen blockage and waste; precisely controlling the solid-to-liquid ratio ensures a stable film thickness of 2-3µm.

During a conversation with Factory Manager Zhang, a Jialede sales manager learned that one of his factory's PCB baking tunnel ovens was experiencing chain lubrication issues. The manager recommended the company's YBS-1103 perfluoropolyether oil. The equipment uses three rows of large roller chains and operates in a high-temperature environment of 80°C. Recently, we received an inquiry from the world's second-largest geophysical exploration company. They have been using Dow Corning DC111 silicone grease to seal the electronic components of their drilling equipment to prevent water molecules from entering and protect the components from damage caused by high-temperature and high-pressure environments.


These types of equipment operate in extremely harsh environments: temperatures can reach 120 to 200°C, and pressures can reach 100 MPa. While the existing Dow Corning DC111 offers excellent performance, it is also expensive. The customer has tried other alternatives, such as Great Wall 7501 silicone grease, but these failed to meet the sealing and high-temperature resistance requirements. The silicone grease on the components must be completely replaced after each well run to ensure reliable operation for periods ranging from one week to several months. With an annual consumption of 1.5 tons, this poses a significant challenge to both cost and supply stability.


After thoroughly analyzing our customer's needs, we recommended our high-temperature, high-pressure silicone grease alternative to Dow Corning DC111, specifically addressing its core performance indicators. Our model, YBS-1672, is comparable to Dow Corning DC111 in terms of high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, insulation performance, and sealing, while offering better cost-effectiveness. It is perfectly suited for long-term, extreme operating environments.
