As a core component of equipment transmission, the performance of grease in motor bearings directly affects operational stability, and grease deterioration and loss often lead to equipment failure. The causes can be analyzed from multiple dimensions. From the perspective of the grease's own characteristics, the evaporation and oxidation of the base oil are the core contributing factors. When the motor is running, the bearing temperature rises. If this exceeds the grease's tolerance threshold, the base oil will gradually evaporate, causing the grease to harden and its lubrication performance to drop sharply. Simultaneously, high temperatures accelerate the grease oxidation reaction, generating acidic substances that not only corrode metal parts but also damage the grease structure, leading to hardening or oil separation.





External environmental factors are also significant. Contaminant intrusion is a common problem. Dust and moisture in the motor's working environment enter the bearing through sealed gaps. Dust damages the grease's colloidal structure, causing it to lose its viscosity, while moisture causes grease emulsification, reducing lubrication and causing corrosion. Perfluoropolyether grease is a white perfluoropolyether grease made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickened with highly chemically stable perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) and refined with special anti-corrosion additives.
