In industrial production, EPDM seals are widely used due to their excellent

weather resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance. However, many

companies have encountered problems when choosing lubricants for these

seals——used reacts chemically with the seal ring, causing the seal ring to age

rapidly and even leak, which not only affects production efficiency but also

increases maintenance costs.
For EPDM cylinder rubber rings, choosing the right lubricant is crucial.
First of all, ensure that the lubricating oil has good compatibility with

EPDM rubber to avoid chemical reactions that may cause aging and deformation of

the sealing ring.
Secondly, consider the working environment and temperature of the sealing

ring, and choose lubricating oil with low friction coefficient and high thermal

conductivity to reduce friction heat and wear. When applying, it should be

When a 7005 bearing in a piece of bearing testing equipment worth $500,000 is required to operate continuously for hundreds of hours at ultra-high speeds of 15,000 rpm and temperatures of 350°C, conventional greases often struggle. Recently, Jialede received an inquiry from Ms. Zhao, a Shanghai-based instrument technology development company. She specifically requested a perfluoropolyether oil with a kinematic viscosity of approximately 1000 cSt to wipe the exterior surfaces of metal chambers before microwave digestion experiments to protect the instrument and improve experimental stability.

During the conversation, we learned that the client had previously considered Solvay Fluorolink M100 and had a clear preference for this viscosity grade. The client had previously purchased a 500g sample of Jialede YBS-1106 on September 23rd and was very impressed with our product's performance.
