To address this complex operating environment, Jialede's technical team, after formula optimization and multiple rounds of validation, recommended its independently developed YBS-1741 high-temperature perfluoropolyether grease. In preliminary sample testing (200g sample), YBS-1741 demonstrated comparable or even superior performance to the original GPL2E7 under the customer's actual production conditions for the spray coating line project.
